I am writing to share my concerns regarding my recent virtual wellness visit. I was already feeling uneasy about having the appointment over the phone, especially since I would typically have my blood pressure checked and other vital signs taken, but none of this was done, which I understand given that it was virtual. However, what was most upsetting was the rushed nature of the visit, and I didn’t feel like I had the opportunity to express my concerns or share how I was feeling.
What made matters worse was that I felt like you were laughing at me, and you even turned off your camera during our appointment. I had already shared my past experiences with doctors and the struggles I’ve faced with my blood work, and it seemed like I was met with the same dismissive treatment, if not worse.
I had high hopes for this visit, especially given your positive reviews and your emphasis on compassion in your bio. Unfortunately, I did not experience any of that today, and I am deeply disappointed by the lack of care I received. As a result, I will not be scheduling any follow-up appointments with you.
I hope this feedback will be taken into account for future interactions with patients.
