Dr. Lopez-Culang always listens to my needs as a patient and is very attentive in providing the best care and options to better my health.

Have had some issues previously, however, the visit was definitely better. Dr Lori always takes her time and makes sure you have everything you need before leaving.

I had a great experience with this office. The reception team is excellent and always answers the phone promptly, which makes scheduling and getting information very easy. Their availability is also very flexible, making it convenient to find appointments that fit my schedule. The staff and doctor are extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They take the time to listen and make you feel comfortable and well cared for. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality care and a welcoming environment.

The Team at Hale Warm Springs are super polite and helpful and are able to book an appointment with them in a day or two. I am very happy they now have the practice in Henderson as this is close to my home and a short drive. Truly recomend them for your health needs.

Highly recommend! Everyone knows that being a new patient or trying a new doctor can be nerve-racking… especially when you’ve had bad experiences before. Not at this office though! I actually don’t think I could’ve had a better experience. Nice, quiet, and clean waiting area. Mia at the front desk is very friendly and personable. The nurse practitioners that assess you, and take your vitals are awesome. She was very attentive, asked a ton of questions, and made sure she didn’t leave anything out for Doc. Doctor Lorimel is amazing! Very nice, and approachable. I never felt rushed once, even when I was rambling about my issues. She took her time, and was very clear about what my next steps should be. She makes me feel seen, and safe. There’s a reason she’s highly rated. Can’t wait to follow up with her!

She is very accomodating that she answers questions regarding our medical concern with satisfaction.She is confident to answer on our symptoms and can address what to do. We are from North but we are comfortable with her.

Staff is nice and they are fast

I love a provider that listens to your concerns genuinely and get right to it. NP Mark Culanag has done just that and been GREAT so far. Just switched to him and hoping to get my health in order finally.

This is one of the best PCP visits I have ever had! Everyone was so nice and the Dr was very thorough. I wish I had switched to this office as my primary care Dr years ago! I would highly recommend them!!

He Card About What I Told Him Were My Issues! Office Sitting Area Is Just A Little Small.

Very horrible experience. This facility misrepresented the care they provide. I scheduled a gynecology exam and a mammogram appointment. When the doctor came in, she told me they don’t do mammograms and that she would not perform a gynecology exam. She briefly touched my stomach and ankle, said thank you, and left. When I walked out, the receptionist told me she had billed my insurance without discussing it with me first. She was eating food and chips, making a mess at the front desk, and waved me away. She was also watching cartoons. Overall, the office was extremely disorganized and unprofessional. I will not return, and I would strongly caution others against going here. The state should review this facility’s licensing and billing practices.

It was comprehensive and all my needs were addressed. Except for one thing. Everytime I'm there it takes me almost an hour or over of waiting in the consultation room before I see the Dr and by then I'm too tired to remember some things I needed addressed. The staff is great and so is Dr Mark.

Very polite and professional staff. The clinic is clean and beautiful. There is no TV but the music is trendy. The nurse practitioner is very smart and capable and I love how they follow up on my care. They called me for the results of my diagnostic tests and tell me their recommendations. They do television which is very convenient, that way I don’t have to drive to their clinic every time I need their help.

Ms. Culanag, nurse practitioner(NP), was as attentive, careful, professional, and thorough as any NP I’ve seen. She examined me, and set up a follow up appointment to include lab work. She also is researching other specialists I need to begin seeing to establish a relationship as I just moved to Henderson. I have every confidence in Ms Culanag going forward with my medical care. Also, she does offer televisits which are great when I don’t feel well.

Dr Lori was super friendly as was her staff. However I felt like they didn’t listen to a thing I said. I just moved here and needed a new PCP. I needed medication refills and talked about some health concerns I had. She called in the wrong medications and then some that I didn’t even need. I need a Dr that will actually listen and help me figure out how to best address my concerns. Even though they were so friendly I won’t be back. The attention to detail was not there.

For an office here to support patients (one being a young child) they are incredibly incompetent and working on a snail pace to get important medicine to pharmacies. I would not recommend and we will not return to this location.

I’m not sure why so many rated this Clinic with 1or 2 ⭐️only. My husband and I with 3 of our adult children have been seen Mark as our PCP! He’s always on top of his work, he’s professionalism, positive impact on his patients’ lives, very compassionate and excellent care for his patients and their health. He’s also a good listener and shows concerns about their needs, with all these being said, is the reason my family and I continuously seek Mark as our PCP! Wouldn’t change him for anyone! I’m very please with my experiences at Hale Family Practice. My questions are always addressed and all the staff I have interacted with have been pleasant.

Finally, a doctor that listens!! As a woman I have had my share of doctors, and especially male, tush me through my appointments and discount my concerns, but not Dr. Mark Joel Culanag. He always takes the time to listen to what I’m experiencing and address it accordingly. Not once have I left a visit feeling like I was believed or that nothing is being done. He is an amazing doctor and I am blessed to have found him. The rest of the staff is also kind, courteous and patient every time; I truly appreciate the way I’m treated here.

Experience with this Dr is great she takes time to listen and explains things well, however, due to the lack of transportation on my part has caused then treat my reason for sealing medical care significant delays in getting to the necessary testing such as labs and the ultrasound she ordered to properly diagnose and treat the problem with my thyroid and perhaps treat the reason I was seeking medical treatment in the first place!!

The nurse practitioner is polite and does speak English, but I honestly don’t understand why he speaks so low. It was hard for me to hear him clearly, and I had to ask him to repeat himself multiple times. It would really help if he could speak a little louder and more clearly, especially when discussing important health information. He seems like his whispering

Staff was very a unknowledgeable about there practice. So they take a vile of blood the phlebotomist misses my vein, blood squirts out of my arm, so the doctor has to come in and poke me in my other arm. The both of them arguing over it. To top everything off, I get a referral to go to a specialist. But guess what... They specialist don't accept my insurance. This happened twice. I would recommend you going somewhere else.

Good morning, I am writing to share my concerns regarding my recent virtual wellness visit. I was already feeling uneasy about having the appointment over the phone, especially since I would typically have my blood pressure checked and other vital signs taken, but none of this was done, which I understand given that it was virtual. However, what was most upsetting was the rushed nature of the visit, and I didn’t feel like I had the opportunity to express my concerns or share how I was feeling. What made matters worse was that I felt like you were laughing at me, and you even turned off your camera during our appointment. I had already shared my past experiences with doctors and the struggles I’ve faced with my blood work, and it seemed like I was met with the same dismissive treatment, if not worse. I had high hopes for this visit, especially given your positive reviews and your emphasis on compassion in your bio. Unfortunately, I did not experience any of that today, and I am deeply disappointed by the lack of care I received. As a result, I will not be scheduling any follow-up appointments with you. Doctor was very informative and was very good with my son. My son, being autistic and having ADHD, makes him have a hard time being comfortable around new people (or just people in general) BUT Dr Lori Culanag was so patient and good with my son and even made him laugh and smile. Thank you! And her front desk staff was super nice and helpful and welcoming.

She was very attentive and nice the entire appointment. Her process is well organized and quick. I would definitely recommend.

I have been in bad shape health wise for a long time. Unfortunately, the doctors I had experienced in the past dismissed many things. I saw Dr. Lori and she was thorough, kind, patient and understanding. I'm glad I switched to her and that she truly listened to my health concerns. If you're looking for a new primary I advise to to try her. Doctors like her are a rarity.

Mark is the best APRN! I am not just saying that. I have been going to see Mark at Hale Fam Practice for a year now. He is thorough, kind, and truly addresses each concern I have had. I haven't been feeling well for a while now, and was concerned about a health condition and he has taken the time to go through the necessary testing, and really listens. Lori is an APRN there as well, and she is wonderful. The staff has been amazing.

Dr. Culanag has been spot on in his diagnosis. This morning he told me it was time to go to the hospital and I followed his direction. It's a good thing I did I am seriously sick and I'm being admitted.
